Many White people in the coaching world are starting to wake up to the inequities that exist in the personal growth, entrepreneurial, spiritual, wellness and lifestyle industries.

Which leaves me to wonder, where have you been? What have you been neglecting with your clients who are Black and POC?

Before I start getting the, “Not all white coaches” comments, we need to own that these issues exist because there has been a lack of personal responsibility. Period.

As a Black coach, I have the perspective of someone who has personally experienced these inequities AND someone who is taking up space to create more diversity and equity.
